Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations or cleaning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hygiene while cleaning crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen equipment.
• Carry out rubbish removal, sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors.
• Disinfect and clean using proper chemical sequences.
• Support kitchen team with basic food preparation and garnishes.
