Job summary

ICC Sydney, located in the heart of Barangaroo, Sydney, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Logistics Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the Kitchen Stewarding team. You will drive rostering, staff leadership and ensure premium event preparation.

The role requires hands-on leadership, adherence to ISO 22000 and strong coordination with kitchen and front-of-house teams. Join a dynamic, global venue offering growth and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Kitchen Logistics rosters and labour costs.
• Experience conducting regular stocktakes and maintaining accurate records.
• Knowledge of WHS standards and incident reporting.
• Ability to train and supervise kitchen logistics staff.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Garage and loading dock coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team management within the Kitchen Stewarding department.
• Assist Senior Kitchen Logistics Supervisors with rostering.
• Ensure high standard preparation for events and manage multiple sections.
• Lead and coordinate kitchen brigade support for FOH and kitchen teams; provide feedback.
• Assist recruitment of Kitchen Logistics staff (permanent and casual).
• Train and mentor Stewarding team members.
• Ensure adequate and clean equipment for daily kitchen/ outlets needs.
• Maintain ISO 22000 food safety compliance and food quality standards.
