ICC Sydney is seeking a Demi Chef to join our production culinary brigade. You will assist the Sous Chef and Chef De Cuisine to supervise kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food for high-volume events. Emphasis on ISO 22000 hygiene, staff guidance, and cost awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Assist with supervising kitchen staff and daily operations.
• Deliver high-standard food preparation for all events across multiple sections.
• Assist with production schedules and maintain ICC Sydney’s quality standards.
