Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Appliances in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Sydney-based Account Manager to develop long-lasting relationships with our key retail customers. You will be analytical and forward-thinking, driving growth by promoting our premium appliance collection and ensuring alignment with global imperatives.

As a successful candidate you will manage territory plans, translate strategy into executable actions, provide product training and regular performance reporting, and represent the brand

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record increasing sales and margins with key accounts.
• Experience in the SDA (Specifier, Designer and Architect) environment is advantageous.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into aligned plans at store level driving results.
• Strong negotiating skills with the ability to influence internally and externally at all levels.
• Clear understanding and execution of retail “recipe for success”.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Fisher & Paykel retail strategy for key accounts within a set territory.
• Manage and develop existing key account relationships to drive growth.
• Ensure annual sales targets, product placement, marketing and promotions are included in account plans.
• Translate strategic plans into executable actions to increase market share and profitability.
• Provide product training and in-store support to drive sales and brand representation.
• Report regularly to Regional Retail Manager with insights and innovative solutions.
