Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Fisher & Paykel retail strategy for key accounts within a territory.
• Develop existing key account relationships to drive growth opportunities.
• Translate strategic plans into executable actions for increased market share and profitable growth.
• Provide proactive support: product training and on-display merchandising to drive sales.
• Report regularly to the Regional Retail Manager with insights and recommended actions.
• Ensure brand value and in-store representation across all key accounts.
• Monitor sales performance metrics to maximise sell-through, revenue and margin.
