Job summary

Samsung Electronics Australia is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to drive growth within the education sector, building strategic partnerships and expanding long-term opportunities.

Based onsite at Sydney Olympic Park, you will collaborate with product, marketing and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sustainable revenue growth across education clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven account management experience within technology industry in the education vertical.
  • High level of business acumen with a strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of business.
  • Previous experience in building and maintaining customer satisfaction through the development of broad customer relationships, including senior management contact
  • Team player with a high level of negotiation and influencing skills and the ability work with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive consistent incremental sales across the education sector to achieve quarterly targets, ensuring objectives align with business unit goals and proactively manage sales pipelines, accurately forecasting opportunities.
  • Continuously analyse industry trends, understanding competitor movements and leveraging insights to differentiate Samsung’s offerings.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts, ensuring alignment across product management, marketing, and support functions.
