Job summary

Samsung Electronics Australia is hiring a Back Office Vendor Specialist to manage offshore provider workloads and drive service outcomes across multiple business lines. You will collaborate with field teams and retailers, resolve escalations, identify gaps, and oversee claims, approvals and invoicing in a fast-paced on-site role in Australia.

This is a hands-on position that values initiative, data-driven decision making and strong stakeholder relationships to improve efficiency and customer

What You'll Be Doing

Manage the day-to-day relationship with our offshore provider, driving workload, performance, KPIs and service outcomes across multiple lines of business.

Partner with Samsung Field Teams, Retailers and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations, complex customer matters and operational issues.

Identify process gaps, risks and customer pain points, turning insights into practical recommendations that improve service and operational performance.

Oversee claims, approvals, reporting, cost reconciliation and invoicing while proactively managing priorities, risks and opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in a high-volume customer service or operations environment, with a genuine focus on delivering great outcomes.

Confident building relationships, influencing partners and navigating complex issues across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Comfortable working with KPIs, data, processes and performance insights to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.

Exceptional time management, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise, manage deadlines and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
