Sandvik seeks an organised Key Account Coordinator to join the Key Account Management team in Australia. You will coordinate capital equipment order contracts from sale through to delivery and invoicing, monitor milestones, maintain records, and support cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have experience in sales coordination, commercial administration or contract management, and be adept at managing multiple priorities with accuracy.

• Experience in sales coordination, commercial administration or contract management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with high accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate capital equipment order contracts from sale through to delivery and invoicing.
• Monitor order milestones, delivery schedules and risks.
• Prepare and manage delivery scopes of work and customer-specific equipment modifications.
• Maintain CRM, order management and account records.
• Coordinate invoicing documentation and liaise with Finance for timely billing.
• Prepare reports and audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Support, Workshops, Service, Finance and Sales to meet commitments.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, or delays affecting customer outcomes.
• Support safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
