Job summary

Leviat is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Sydney to support major construction projects across Australia and New Zealand. You will coordinate orders from entry to delivery and collaborate with Sales, Scheduling, Production, Logistics and Purchasing to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have experience in sales coordination or project coordination in construction or related industries, along with strong Excel and MS Office skills and familiarity with ERP systems such as

Qualifications

Previous experience coordinating customer orders from entry to delivery.
Experience in construction, building products, manufacturing or related industry is preferred.
Strong relationship building across multiple departments is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate customer orders and project requirements from order entry through to delivery.
Liaise with customers regarding delivery schedules, project requirements and special instructions.
Enter and maintain sales orders within the ERP system.
Maintain project pricing records and apply to customer orders.
Collaborate with Sales, Scheduling, Production, Logistics and Purchasing for successful order fulfilment.
Identify and resolve order fulfilment issues and communicate delays to customers.
Monitor project progress and keep planning tools and records up to date.
Provide exceptional customer service with regular communication throughout the project lifecycle.
