Sandvik Mining in Perth seeks an organised Key Account Coordinator to support the Key Account Management team. You will coordinate capital equipment order contracts, support deliveries, manage documentation, and assist with invoicing to ensure our customers receive a seamless experience.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Support, Finance and Sales to keep projects on track, maintain accurate records, and help deliver positive customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination, commercial administration, or contract management.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital equipment order contracts from sale through to delivery and invoicing.
• Monitor order milestones, delivery schedules, dependencies, and potential risks.
• Prepare delivery scopes of work and customer-specific equipment modifications.
• Maintain accurate CRM, order management, and account records.
• Coordinate invoicing documentation and liaise with Finance to support timely billing.
• Prepare reports, maintain action registers, and support audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with teams across Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Support, Finance, and Sales to meet customer commitments.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, or delays impacting customer outcomes.
• Support Sandvik's commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
