Job summary

Active Recruitment is seeking an ICT Service Desk Officer for an immediate-start contract in a fast-paced school ICT environment. You will be the frontline for student and staff support, resolving issues and guiding users to ensure smooth daily technology operations.

The role involves resolving Level 1/2 hardware, software, and network issues, logging tickets, and collaborating with the ICT team on new deployments and upgrades. Immediate start and potential for permanency.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT support or service desk (Level 1/2).
• School/education experience and Working with Children Check highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks.
• Excellent communication and customer-service oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for ICT support.
• Troubleshoot Level 1 & 2 issues across hardware, software, networks, and internet.
• Log and manage support tickets through to resolution.
• Assist with system administration, device deployment, and IT projects.
• Collaborate with staff and students to improve services.
