Ventani Group on the Gold Coast, Queensland, is seeking a Junior Property Manager to join a premium development-focused team at Mermaid Beach. This role offers a clear path to progress as you support a Senior Property Manager across a portfolio of about 150 properties.

You will gain exposure to both administration and field-based duties, including inspections, tenancy administration, and coordinating maintenance, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional service to owners and tenants.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Certificate of Registration is required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a property management role.
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle required.
• Immaculately presented with strong client service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Senior Property Manager with the management of approximately 150 properties
• Assisting with day-to-day property management administration
• Conducting routine inspections and other field-based duties
• Assisting with entry and exit condition reports
• Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with tenants, owners and contractors
• Assisting with lease renewals and tenancy administration
• Following up arrears and other tenancy matters
• Assisting with open homes and property access where required
• Maintaining property records and ensuring compliance
• Providing exceptional service to owners and tenants
• Supporting the Senior Property Manager with the smooth running of the portfolio

Their Property Management division manages a portfolio of premium developments - most of which have been developed by the business itself. The team is supportive, collaborative and passionate about delivering a high standard of service across their portfolio.

With several projects in the pipeline and an expansion of their rent roll, they are seeking a full time Junior Property Manager to join their team based in their Mermaid Beach head office.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional looking to build a long-term career in Property Management within a premium development environment.

Working alongside a Senior Property Manager, you will provide support across a portfolio of approximately 150 properties, predominantly comprising high-end developments delivered by the business.

The role will provide exposure to both the administrative and field-based aspects of Property Management, giving you the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge, client service skills and confidence within the industry.

As your experience develops, there will be the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and ultimately progress towards managing your own portfolio.

This role will include -
