This role suits someone with experience in Leasing, Property Management or as a Property Officer who is ready to advance, build strong landlord/tenant relationships, coordinate repairs, and develop a long‑term career in property

Qualifications

• Foundation within residential real estate
• Previous experience in Leasing, Property Management or as a Property Officer
• Current Certificate of Registration
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Genuine interest in building a long-term career in Property Management

• Managing a small portfolio of residential properties
