Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager in Sydney’s Inner West. You will work with a Senior Property Manager and a Property Coordinator, gaining hands-on experience across all Property Management duties in a supportive team.

This role targets candidates with at least 12 months in real estate, COR, and a valid driver's licence, offering mentoring, training, and clear career progression in a collaborative office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of real estate experience.
• Certificate of Registration (COR) required.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable car.
• Based in or familiar with Sydney's Inner West.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing a portfolio of approx. 400 properties.
• Support with rental applications and reference checks.
• Conduct open homes and property inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders.
• Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors.
• Complete ingoing and outgoing inspections.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Property Manager.
• Assist with general Property Management administration.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Certificate of Registration (COR)
• Valid driver's licence and reliable car
