Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a Junior Property Manager / Leasing Consultant to join a boutique team based near Penrith. You’ll manage a local portfolio, support day-to-day operations, and work closely with the Director and team to deliver exceptional service to owners and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day portfolio support and property management administration.
• Conduct routine, periodic and final inspections, including reports.
• Assist with arrears, rent reviews, repairs and maintenance.
• Lease properties, coordinate inspections and support leasing processes.
• Liaise with owners, tenants, strata and other stakeholders.

The Role
Working closely with the Director and wider team, you’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day management of the portfolio, delivering great service to owners and tenants and assisting with leasing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Property management administration and ad-hoc day-to-day portfolio support.
• Conducting routine, periodic and final inspections, including condition reports.
• Assisting with arrears, rent reviews, repairs and maintenance.
• Leasing properties, coordinating inspections and supporting the leasing process.
• Liaising with owners, tenants, strata, owners corporations and other stakeholders.

• Previous experience in real estate accross property management, leasing or administration.
• A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
