Job summary

MSR Talent is seeking a Property Manager or Junior PM for St George. You will start with a small portfolio and grow with support from leasing and accounts, guided by an experienced Head of Property Management.

The role runs Monday to Friday, with mentoring and a path to handling a larger portfolio as confidence builds. NSW Real Estate Licence and full Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Real Estate Licence (Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence).
• Full Australian working rights.
• Current driver's licence.
• Reliable car.
• Previous experience in a Leasing, Assistant PM, Property Officer or PM role.

Responsibilities

• Managing and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Actioning repairs and maintenance requests.
• Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections.
• Conducting routine inspections.
• Managing arrears and following up outstanding payments.
• Preparing documentation and attending NCAT when required.
• Taking ownership of your portfolio and delivering a high level of service.

Manage a small portfolio with guidance from a hands on and experienced Head of Property Management.

This role suits an Assistant PM or Property Manager who wants to build their confidence and grow into a larger portfolio over time, backed by genuine mentoring and support.

You will manage a small portfolio to start, which will grow as your experience and confidence grows, with support from leasing and accounts along the way.

Monday to Friday

What You Will Be Doing;
