Job summary

Property Central Penrith is seeking a Senior Assistant Property Manager to support Senior Property Managers with daily portfolio tasks and to step into the Property Manager role during absences. You will coordinate maintenance, liaise with tenants and landlords, and mentor junior staff within a collaborative team.

You’ll contribute to consistent processes and best-practice property management, while developing skills through supervision and training opportunities in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to mentor junior staff and lead by example.

Senior Assistant Property Manager – Property Central Penrith

Property Central Penrith is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Assistant Property Manager to join our team.

This is a key support role working closely with our Senior Property Managers. You’ll provide day-to-day assistance across their portfolios, step into the Property Manager role when team members are on annual leave or away from the office, and help mentor and develop our junior property management staff.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting our Senior Property Managers with the day-to-day management of their portfolios
• Stepping in to manage portfolios when Property Managers are on annual leave or unavailable
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
• Assisting with inspections, compliance and routine property management tasks
• Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Providing administrative and organisational support to the PM team
• Supervising, supporting and mentoring junior property management staff
• Helping train junior team members and ensuring they are developing their skills and reaching their full potential
• Supporting consistent processes, compliance and best-practice property management across the team

What we’re looking for:

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Current NSW Driver’s Licence
• Solid property management experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
