Job summary

Nexen Tire Australia Pty Ltd – Macquarie Park NSW, is seeking a highly motivated Junior Customer Service Representative and Logistics Coordinator to join our growing organization. The role focuses on order management, import coordination, and KPI-driven dispatch, with emphasis on SAP and Excel proficiency.

A minimum of 2 years in logistics and customer service, plus willingness to liaise with overseas head offices, is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in logistics and customer service.
• Experience liaising with overseas Head Office.
• Proficient with SAP and MS Excel (preferred).
• Korean language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary escalation point for Nexen Tire and stakeholders regarding import, warehousing and logistics.
• Release and prioritise orders to ensure accurate and timely dispatch within KPI.
• Measure, review and communicate daily order/delivery status.
• Adapt to varying situations and learn quickly.
