Nexen Tire Australia Pty Ltd – Macquarie Park NSW, is seeking a highly motivated Junior Customer Service Representative and Logistics Coordinator to join our growing organization. A minimum of 2 years in logistics and customer service, plus willingness to liaise with overseas head offices, is required.

Qualifications

Junior Customer Service Representative and Logistic Coordinator

Nexen Tire Australia is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Customer Service Representative and Logistics Coordinator to join our growing organization. As a team player, we are looking for someone that is committed to learn and grow within the company.

Position responsibilities

A Primary point of escalation for Nexen Tire and stakeholders with respect to import, warehousing and logistics activity.

Effectively release and prioritise orders in an organized manner to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders within KPI.

Measure, review and communicate daily order/delivery status.

Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to varying situations

Key areas of the role:

Order Management:

• Proceed orders and maintain data in SAP
• Manage payment and invoice files and supporting documents
• Share and update shipment statues for all customers
• Liaise with 3PL logistics companies for all shipments, stock and deliveries

Import Management:

• Manage stock import procedures in SAP and Microsoft excel
• Coordinate Import shipments with customs agents and customers and 3PL warehouse

Report:

• Manage daily stock management report
• Manage daily order cut-off and import shipment report
• Ensure accuracy of all corresponding reports between Nexen Tire and 3PL warehouse, customs agents and transportation companies

Education & Skills:

• Korean speaker preferred
• MS tools and SAP Experience ( Preferred but not Essential)
• 2 years’ experience in logistics and customer service
• Experience in liaison with overseas Head Office
• Good communication Skill
• Positive, passionate, purposeful, analytical and able to multitask
• Hold a general education degree, or equivalent tertiary qualification
