Toll Group in Laverton North, VIC, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join our Melbourne team. You will be the link between customers, warehouse operations and transport teams, ensuring orders are processed accurately and communication is proactive.

You will manage customer enquiries, coordinate orders using PWMS and RAMCO, maintain data accuracy, and support continuous improvement to boost customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or logistics coordination.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to PWMS/RAMCO or similar systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Customer Account Management, respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries.
• Order Coordination, process customer orders accurately and on time using systems such as PWMS and RAMCO.
• Communication, proactively update customers on order status, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
• Team Collaboration, liaise daily with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Transport teams to ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Reporting, prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order accuracy, delivery performance, and issue resolution.
