Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a proactive Key Account Coordinator based in NSW, Australia. You will support a key customer within Finished Vehicle Logistics, reporting to the Key Account Manager and helping with day-to-day requirements, strong relationships, and high-quality service delivery.

Role requires 2-3 days on-site at the Macquarie Park location to support operations and customer needs, with a focus on accurate records, ETA updates, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Customer service and administration experience is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders internal and external.
• Experience in logistics/automotive/transport ops is valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries about locations, shipments, and service issues.
• Maintain daily ETA reporting and provide delivery updates to customers and dealers.
• Prepare and distribute KPI, transit time and performance reports.
• Manage bookings and maintain customer and operational records across systems.
• Upload and maintain customer rates and data to ensure system accuracy.
• Handle damage claims, investigations, and communicate outcomes to dealers.
• Coordinate with operations to resolve issues and support service commitments.
