GravIT, your Geelong-based IT management and web hosting provider, is expanding its team with Level 1 Helpdesk Technicians. You will be the first point of contact for client inquiries and assist with onboarding new users. The role emphasizes prompt troubleshooting, documentation, and ongoing learning within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT helpdesk or customer support.
• Familiarity with email platforms (Office 365, cPanel) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Geelong-based or willing to relocate to Geelong.

Responsabilités

• First Point of Contact: act as the primary contact for IT enquiries via phone or email.
• Onboarding/Offboarding: manage user onboarding/offboarding including hardware, software and access rights.
• Email Account Management: create, modify, and delete email accounts on cPanel and Office365.
• Basic Troubleshooting: guide users through solutions and escalate complex issues.
• Documentation: keep accurate records of interactions, problems and resolutions.
• Continuous Learning: stay updated with new technologies and training opportunities.
