Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Geelong is seeking a hands-on Tech Support Team Lead to lead our tech team on-site at Head Office. You will mentor staff, own escalation handling, and drive continuous improvement across IT operations.

The role covers server maintenance, WAN/LAN management across multiple sites, and management of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. A clothing allowance and annual bonus accompany a genuine career path within a growing, Australian-owned brand.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring a support team.
• Strong knowledge of M365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and networking.
• Experience supporting multi-site or retail environments is highly regarded.
• Calm, independent problem-solver with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team, manage workloads and priorities.
• Act as senior escalation point and handle tickets personally.
• Own helpdesk administration, queues, reporting, and process improvement.
• Build and maintain a self-help portal for self-service.
• Oversee server maintenance, patching, and uptime.
• Manage WAN/LAN across Head Office, DC, and 100+ stores.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory including licensing and security.
• Oversee store infrastructure: openings, refits, POS hardware, networks.
• Manage vendor relationships and IT process improvements.
