Job summary

NetStrategy is recruiting for an entry- to junior-level ICT Support Technician based on-site at a leading independent school in Sydney. Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of networking, server environments, and end-user computing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues methodically.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ICT support across end-user computing, connectivity, and core infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects alongside senior engineers.
• Work within a team to support broad and varied systems from leading vendors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
