Job summary

NetStrategy is seeking a talented Associate to deliver ICT support across school clients while developing DevOps capabilities. You will work on end-user computing, connectivity, and core infrastructure with the potential to grow into CI/CD and IaC duties.

The role balances traditional support with automation, enabling hands‑on experience in pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and modern tooling in a structured, client‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in IT, CS, or software engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Foundational knowledge of networking, server environments, and end‑user computing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Basic scripting exposure (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues methodically.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Full Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ICT support across end-user computing, connectivity, and core infrastructure for school clients.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; escalate when needed.
• Support server environments, identity management, and cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects with senior engineers.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code practices as growth areas.
• Create clear technical documentation and runbooks for handover and support.
