Redpath Partners in Sydney is seeking a Junior Estimator to join the established pre-construction team. You will work alongside senior estimators across tenders, take-offs and pricing, helping prepare trade packages, cost plans and subcontractor quotations.

This permanent role offers exposure to varied projects and a clear path to progress to a full Estimator role. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of construction experience, a related degree, and a strong eye for detail and commercial thinking.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' construction experience.
• Experience within estimating, contracts or a similar commercial role.
• Head contractor experience highly regarded.
• Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related degree.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial mindset.
• Keen to build a long-term career in estimating.

An opportunity for a Junior Estimator to join an established Sydney head contractor and develop their career within an experienced pre-construction team.

Working alongside senior estimators, you’ll gain exposure across the full tender process and a variety of construction projects.

The role:

About you:
