Job summary

You will receive ongoing training, work within HACCP guidelines, and contribute to maintaining standards across a fast-paced service. Flexibility for shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Recognised culinary training and employment experience.
• Commercial cookery certification and safe food handling / food safety cert.
• Ambition, talent and a passion for food.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring food presented to guests aligns with property standards and is served within designated timeframes.
• Adhere to health, safety and compliance regulations with a solid grasp of HACCP.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and efficiency in preparing food items.
• Receive ongoing training and guidance from senior chefs.
• Handle a range of kitchen tasks, from dishwashing to crafting dishes.
