Qualifications

• Recognition of culinary training and relevant employment experience.
• Commercial cookery certification and, preferably, safe food handling certification or food safety supervisor.
• Ambition, raw talent, and a passion for food.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food presented meets property standards and is served timely with high quality and presentation.
• Adhere to health, safety and compliance regulations with HACCP awareness.
• Perform a range of kitchen tasks from dishwashing to preparing dishes, under guidance of senior chefs.
