Qualifications

• Recognised culinary training and employment experience.
• Commercial cookery certification and food safety certificates.

• Flexible availability for shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food presented to guests aligns with property standards and is served within designated timeframes with high quality and presentation.
• Adhere to health, safety and HACCP regulations.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and efficiency in food preparation.
• Receive training from senior chefs.
• Handle kitchen tasks from dishwashing to crafting dishes.
