The Business Show Australia in Sydney CBD is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our growing events team. This entry-level role offers full training and mentoring, with no prior account management or events experience required, and a clear pathway into sales, account management and operations.

You will manage onboarding of exhibitors, build client relationships, coordinate contracts and invoices, and work with Sales, Marketing and Operations to deliver excellent event experiences.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new exhibitors via phone and video meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate contracts, documentation and key deadlines.
• Follow up on invoices and payments.
• Manage client communication and resolve queries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Ensure high service levels throughout the event cycle.
• Support clients and team during live events.
• Develop account management and commercial skills.
