Informa Group Plc. is seeking an Account Manager based at the 24 York Street office in Sydney to grow revenue and participation for the Australian International Boat Show.

You will manage exhibitor relationships from enquiry through on-site delivery and rebooking, balancing rules, contracts and pricing with a proactive sales approach. The role requires strong business development, exceptional customer service, and the ability to collaborate across operations, finance and marketing to secure

Qualificações

• Experience in B2B sales, exhibitions, events or sponsorship.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow accounts.
• Experience handling customer issues through to resolution.
• CRM and Microsoft 365 proficiency; Salesforce experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new exhibitor and revenue opportunities.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline and bookings.
• Develop knowledge of exhibitors' business and participation needs.
• Serve as the primary exhibitor contact from enquiry to rebooking.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, marketing and venues to identify compliant solutions.
• Explain show rules and pricing and ensure compliance.
• Record all interactions and commitments accurately.
• Support retention and rebooking strategies and growth planning.
