Savanna Solutions in Katherine, NT, seeks a proactive Job Services Lead / Office Manager to coordinate jobseeker services and lead our mentoring team. You will ensure culturally safe, tailored support and drive program compliance while coordinating employer and community partnerships.

The role emphasizes organizing, data management and seamless office operations to deliver effective pathways to employment for jobseekers across regional NT.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating jobseeker support programs and supervising mentors/caseworkers.
• Ability to coach jobseekers in resumes, interviews, and job-readiness.
• Experience using case management and data systems.
• Strong communication skills with culturally safe and trauma-informed practice.
• Excellent organisation and time management across multiple programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
• Current National Police Check and Ochre Card; NT driver's licence (desirable).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate jobseeker support programs and supervision of mentors.
• Oversee documentation, action plans and progress tracking.
• Maintain relationships with referring agencies and partners.
• Support employment and training activities including workshops and employer visits.
• Manage office systems and program administration.
