Job summary

FinXL IT Profesional Services is seeking an experienced Iteration Manager / Agile Delivery Manager to join our Enterprise Knowledge Management project in a major general insurance client. You will act as the Delivery Manager / 2IC to the Program Director, driving end-to-end delivery of a modern AI-enabled SaaS knowledge platform transition from legacy systems.

You will lead delivery governance, facilitate agile ceremonies, and manage complex dependencies across internal tech groups, SaaS

Qualifications

Proven experience as Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Manager on enterprise transformations.
Experience coordinating platform implementations or migrations involving SaaS vendors.
Ability to act as 2IC to project leadership in complex programs.
Strong governance, metrics, and cross-functional coordination across IT and business stakeholders.
Experience in insurance industry would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary 2IC for project delivery and ensure aligned execution across streams.
Establish and lead agile ceremonies and ceremonies across teams.
Coordinate delivery with internal tech groups, SaaS partners and business stakeholders.
Implement delivery governance, manage risks, blockers, and cross-stream dependencies.
Engage stakeholders across diverse business trading divisions and customer-facing teams.
