Job summary

FinXL Professional Services Pty is seeking an experienced Technology Business Analyst to join our Digital Transformation practice on a contract or max term engagement. You will contribute to a flagship enterprise Knowledge Management re-platform initiative within a broader contact centre transformation for an Enterprise Insurance client.

Qualifications

Proven track record as a Technology Business Analyst delivering complex enterprise software solutions.
Demonstrated experience with knowledge management platforms, contact centre systems, or SaaS re-platforming.
Strong exposure to AI-enabled software solutions or modern enterprise digital transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

Bridge business objectives and technical solution delivery through structured analysis.
Elicit, analyse, and document detailed technical and functional requirements for the new platform.
