Job summary

NRMA is seeking an experienced Iteration Manager Business Analyst to join the Motoring & Membership Technology team on a 12-month maximum term contract. The role focuses on delivering programs, coordinating business analysis, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Hybrid work across Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney CBD offices, and work from home is available. You will engage with senior leaders and a broad range of stakeholders, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure costs and timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/masters level education in Business, IT, or related field.
• Formal project delivery certification encouraged (Agile, SAFe, PRINCE2, PMP).
• Proven experience delivering complex business and technology programs in Agile and Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex and strategic programs with business-case objectives.
• Coordinate and report project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage initiation, planning, control, and closure across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with product owners, tech and business stakeholders for optimal delivery.
• Partner with third-party vendors to manage delivery and governance.
