Job summary

SustainRecruit is partnering with a leading Australian insurer to recruit an Iteration Manager who will drive agile delivery across its technology teams.

You will facilitate ceremonies, manage sprint plans and backlogs, remove impediments, and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to deliver change across core platforms.

Qualifications

• Come from a technical background and have strong experience within the SDLC.
• Experience as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Background in insurance (general, life or health).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe or Kanban.
• A practical approach to keeping teams unblocked and delivering.
