Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Technology Business Analyst delivering enterprise software solutions.
- Experience with knowledge management platforms, contact centre systems, or SaaS re-platforming.
- Exposure to AI-enabled software solutions and digital transformation programmes.
- Strong requirements elicitation, design, mapping and gap-analysis capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Bridge business objectives and technical solution delivery through strategic thinking and structured analysis.
- Elicit, analyse, and document detailed technical and functional requirements for the new platform.
- Assess current IT capabilities, identify functional gaps, and design scalable technology-driven solutions.
- Collaborate across internal technology groups, enterprise stakeholders, and strategic SaaS vendor partners.
- Support delivery across MVP design, build, enterprise data migration, archiving, and system decommissioning.
- Align platform capabilities with wider contact centre transformation initiatives and organisational objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional business divisions to drive operational readiness and business adoption.
