Job summary

FinXL Professional Services is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading client on a key transformation engagement. You will work across multi-disciplinary teams to drive governance and delivery outcomes.

You will maintain project tracking tools for deliverables, expenditure, actions and risks; coordinate key forums; prepare executive status reporting; manage Jira/Confluence boards; and build dashboards in Excel and Power BI to improve data quality

Qualifications

Experience as Project Coordinator in complex environments.
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Office and Excel.
Experience creating dashboards and visual reports.
Strong project controls, governance, and delivery tracking.
Excellent stakeholder coordination and documentation.
Autonomy, prioritisation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain project tracking tools for deliverables, expenditure, actions, and risks.
Coordinate key forums, including pack preparation, scheduling, and minute taking.
Prepare, maintain, and distribute operational and executive status reporting.
Manage and maintain Jira boards, tracking delivery commitments and anomalies.
Enhance reporting efficiency using advanced Excel and Power BI.
Drive data quality, standardised templates, and workflow automation.
Coordinate cross-functional activities across remediation and leadership teams.
