FinXL Professional Services is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading client on a key transformation engagement. You will work across multi-disciplinary teams to drive governance and delivery outcomes.

You will maintain project tracking tools for deliverables, expenditure, actions and risks; coordinate key forums; prepare executive status reporting; manage Jira/Confluence boards; and build dashboards in Excel and Power BI to improve data quality

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Coordinator in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Office and Excel.
• Experience creating dashboards and visual reports.
• Strong project controls, governance, and delivery tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and documentation.
• Autonomy, prioritisation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
