Job summary

You will maintain project tracking tools, manage Jira boards, develop dashboards in Power BI, and drive reporting quality across agile and waterfall delivery.

This role emphasizes governance, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with remediation teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in complex project environments.
• Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards, pivot tables, and visual reports.
• Strong capability in project controls, governance, and delivery tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
• High degree of autonomy, prioritisation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
