Job summary

BIC Consolidated is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Head Office team in Rhodes. You will provide day-to-day IT and systems support to corporate employees and field managers, troubleshoot technical issues, assist with reporting and rostering systems, and support IT projects in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and experience with Deputy/Templa or similar workforce tools.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an IT Support, Systems Support, Help Desk or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Software Engineering or related field.
• Relevant industry certifications will be highly regarded.
• Full working rights within Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face and remote/phone IT and systems support to employees, Regional, Area and Site Managers.
• Support key business platforms including Templa, Deputy, BIC Connect and company web-based systems.
• Configure new and existing systems to accommodate staffing, operational and process changes.
• Troubleshoot system and user issues and provide timely solutions.
• Support Deputy-related activities and assist with Templa operational processes.
• Provide project management support for various IT and business-related projects.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to the Chief Information Officer.
• Interpret business requirements and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of solutions and troubleshooting information.
• Work collaboratively with the team, Operations, Administration and other internal stakeholders.
