Job summary

CSM SEC PTY LTD in Sydney is seeking a Full-time ICT Support Technician to join our team at the Sydney branch, providing technical support across hardware, software, and networks. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and at least one year of ICT support experience, with IT Service Desk certifications.

You will diagnose issues, install software, configure networks, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of ICT Support Technician experience.
Completion of IT Service Desk and Careers certifications.
Strong hardware troubleshooting and software installation/configuration skills.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Microsoft OS/Office.
Professional attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and system related technical issues.
Respond to technical enquiries and provide support to internal users, branches and customers.
Install, configure, update and maintain software applications and computer systems.
Assess user requirements and recommend appropriate hardware, software and technical solutions.
Configure and troubleshoot network-connected devices, controllers and related equipment.
Repair, replace and configure faulty computer hardware, peripherals and technical equipment.
Assist users with system operation and provide technical guidance and training when required.
Support system upgrades and improvements while maintaining accurate technical documentation and service records.
