Steamatic is recruiting an experienced IT Support Technician to join our service team across Australia. You will install and configure hardware and software, diagnose issues, and ensure systems run securely and efficiently.

Working across metropolitan and regional locations, you will communicate with users and management, document procedures, and contribute to quality control while supporting cybersecurity basics and network maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
• Proficiency in computer systems, software installation, database programming, and cybersecurity basics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

• Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware and software components.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, hardware, and software issues.
