Job summary

Geeks2U Pty is looking for talented IT support technicians to help home and business customers in Mornington, Frankston and surrounding areas. You’ll set your own schedule, with availability between 8am and 8pm every day, weekends included, and you’ll benefit from a full support team handling bookings and admin.

Qualifications

• A passion for technology – you’ll be helping setup, fix, and provide ongoing support for laptops, phones, printers, Wi‑Fi routers and more
• A history of providing on‑site tech support in a home or office environment
• Great customer service and communication skills
• The ability to explain technical issues without the jargon
• Your own vehicle and current drivers licence
• Your own toolkit, troubleshooting equipment and parts inventory
• You hold an Australian Business Number (ABN) and maintain all necessary insurance for your business activities

Responsibilities
