Job summary

Carbiz Replacement Cars is seeking an IT Support Officer to join our tech team at Mascot. You will provide day-to-day technical support to staff across the business, troubleshooting issues and assisting with user accounts and IT equipment setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or service desk roles is desirable.
• Qualification in Information Technology is advantageous.
• Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365 is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, applications, and general IT issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues involving computers, printers, and connectivity.
• Assist with setting up and configuring IT equipment for new and existing employees.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including user accounts and equipment allocation.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including user access and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor and respond to IT support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, tickets, and documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to IT process improvements.
