You will manage service requests from clients, develop your technical skills, and pursue industry certifications while gaining exposure to AI, automation and cloud technologies in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Australian qualification in IT: Certificate IV, Bachelor's, or Master's degree.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to pursue industry certifications.
• Creative problem-solving approach.
• Well-presented with a valid driver's licence.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure, plus relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote troubleshooting with end users.
• Determine best solutions based on customer details.
• Implement and support AI solutions using Copilot, Claude and Azure.
• Guide customers through problem-solving steps.
• Provide accurate information on products or services.
• Record events and resolutions in the case management system.
• Follow up and update customer status.
• Share feedback with internal teams.
• Conduct periodic onsite visits to client sites.
• Identify potential process improvements.
