Job summary

Chery in Sydney, NSW, seeks an IT Support Specialist to deliver first-level end-user support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and maintain IT systems. The role covers installation, configuration, and ongoing administration of Microsoft 365, Azure Entra, and related applications, with collaboration across vendors and internal teams.

You will manage user access, help implement cyber security policies via Microsoft Intune, and assist IT projects, migrations, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Azure Entra, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
• Basic network maintenance and support skills.
• Experience with Pentana MDS, SAP and CRM system.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and cyber security; Essential 8 preferred.
• Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with automotive industry-specific applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Administer and support Pentana MDS, Microsoft 365, and other relevant IT applications.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions in all Chery systems.
• Monitor, maintain and update cyber security relevant policies via Microsoft Intune and other security applications.
• Monitor and maintain the health of IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, upgrades, and migrations.
• Create and update documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Provide IT training and support to non-technical staff members.
