Job summary

Enaex Australia is seeking an experienced IT Support & Administrator to join our Brisbane team. You will support a modern, cloud-based environment connecting around 360 employees and 500 devices across multiple sites.

Working in a small IT team, you’ll touch Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, security, and IT projects, with opportunities to influence improvements and security across the company.

Qualifications

• At least five years' ICT support experience.
• Degree in Information Technology required.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across Australian locations.
• Troubleshoot end-user devices, networks and security issues.
• Manage user access and device provisioning for new sites.
• Maintain and administer Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune.
• Monitor cybersecurity tools and assist with incident resolution.
• Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
