Job summary

VGW Australia in Sydney is seeking an Application Support Specialist to bridge the Service Desk with Systems Administration. You will oversee application packaging, SaaS integrations and end-user compute management while empowering the wider team.

You will bring hands-on experience with Intune, SaaS platforms, and enterprise app management, and you will mentor colleagues to uphold security standards and reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/UEM) and software deployment.
• Hands-on SaaS integration experience in a cloud-first environment.
• Background in Senior Service Desk, EUC engineering, or similar MSP/cloud role.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Application packaging, configuration, and deployment across end-user devices using Intune/UEM.
• Support SaaS applications, ensure secure and reliable integrations.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and mentor IT Services team.
• Collaborate with global teams and security stakeholders on governance standards.
