BAH Partners Limited is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the Client Support team in Sydney. You will deliver remote and onsite technical support across end-user devices, cloud platforms, and security systems, while mentoring junior engineers and addressing complex incidents.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, collaboration with security teams, and adherence to SLAs. A background in MSP or financial services is preferred, with hands-on Microsoft 365 and networking expertise.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of IT support experience required, ideally in MSP or financial services.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365.
• Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP networking.
• Experience supporting cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with automation tools or AI-assisted support platforms.
• Understanding of identity management, endpoint security, and IT security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with a client-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver remote and onsite technical support across end-user devices, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and security systems.
• Act as escalation point for junior support engineers, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, networking, and application issues.
• Take ownership of incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication per SLA.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity teams to resolve critical issues.
• Provision hardware, deploy software, and support end-user devices including laptops and workstations.
• Monitor systems and respond to operational and security alerts.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, troubleshooting records, and root cause analyses.
• Ensure all support activities comply with internal policies, standards, and security best practices.
